DESCRIPTION:Join Barre House for their second Bro Barre event at Walkerville Brewery. All proceeds from this class will support the Windsor Cancer Foundation’s Grow On Windsor Campaign. \nThis event is open to all and we encourage men to try out their first barre class! \nBro Barre gladly incorporates all fitness levels\, no dance/barre/Pilates experience necessary. Modifications will be given throughout the workout so that we meet you exactly where you are. \nPlease arrive 15 minutes before class start time to ensure enough time to sign the waiver and to get yourself situated. This will also ensure you have enough time to inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations. \nCost: $30 (includes 1 beer ticket for after workout). \nEquipment needed: Yoga mat + water bottle.
