Dine Like a Champ: Win Dinner with the Spits! Draw

Promotional Period: November 28, 2025 beginning at 12:00am EST and ending at 11:59pm EST.   This promotion also consists of a draw that will take place on December 5, 2025.

Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility

  • Open to all individuals who make a donation to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation’s Grow On Windsor Campaign during the Promotional Period.
  • Only individual donors are eligible; team or group/organization donations are not eligible.
  • Donations must be made in one of four (4) ways:
    • Directly through the official Grow On Windsor Fundrazr platform (https://fundrazr.com/GrowOnWindsor2025) or
    • Through the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation website (https://windsorcancerfoundation.org/donate-to-grow-on/) or
    • In-person at the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation Office at 2220 Kildare Rd between the hours of 9:00am EST and 4:00pm EST or
  • By phone at 519-254-5577 ext. 58557 between the hours of 9:00amEST and  4:00pm EST. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation  are not eligible to win. What about members of the Spitfires?

2. How to Enter

  • Make a donation of twenty dollars ($20) or more  on November 28, 2025 from 12:00am EST and 11:59pm EST to receive entries into the draw.
  • Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every twenty dollars ($20) donated. For example, a two hundred dollar ($200) donation will receive ten (10) entries into the draw.Donations must be received through one of the four eligible methods above during the promotional period to qualify.

3. Prize

  • On the Draw Date at the draw time, one (1) winner will be drawn to receive:
    • Dinner for two (2) at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar in Windsor, Ontario (exact location to be determined). Valued at $250 CAD. (includes food, non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuity). Alcoholic beverages are not included.
    • The winner and their guest will be joined for dinner by two (2) Windsor Spitfires players. Player attendance is subject to team availability and cannot be chosen by the winner.
    • The winner also receives a team-autographed jersey
  • Approximate retail value of prize: $400 CAD.
  • Prize has no cash value, must be accepted as awarded, and is non-transferable.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will be conducted by the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation on Friday, December 5, 2025 at approximately 10:00am EST. Draw time is subject to change.
  • The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation will notify the winner directly by email and/or phone on December 5, 2025.  It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation has their most up to date contact information.
  • Winner must claim their prize by phone or email by December 15, 2025. If the selected winner does not claim their prize within this time period, the prize will be drawn again.  If unclaimed after three attempts, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation will coordinate with the winner to schedule the dinner date in collaboration with The Keg and the Windsor Spitfires.

6. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to allow their name and donation efforts to be shared publicly for promotional purposes.
  • The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation reserves the right to verify donations and disqualify any fraudulent activity.
  • The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, if necessary.
  • Only new donations made during the promotional period are eligible. Refunds of prior donations followed by re-donation will not qualify. Donations must be original, voluntary contributions made within the stated time frame and cannot be altered, refunded, or resubmitted for the purpose of eligibility.

7. Sponsor

The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation and the Windsor Spitfires Hockey Club are not responsible for any issues, complications, or unforeseen circumstances related to participation in the contest or attendance at the prize event, including travel, scheduling, or availability of players.
