LOCK OUT CANCER CAMPAIGN RAISES OVER 6 FIGURES!

The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation is proud and excited to report results from our month-long campaign.
Our inaugural Women’s campaign raised over $125,000.00 in ONE MONTH!
The Foundation kicked off Lock Out Cancer at the beginning of May and through donations, selling locks, necklaces, and our generous sponsors this great community surpassed our goal.
The funds raised will support Breast Reconstruction, Areola Tattooing, Video Conferencing Equipment and CADD Chemo Pumps (chemo in the home). We are so proud of this campaign, the community and the volunteers that helped through the month of May. We came together to play a key role in supporting cancer awareness, research and treatment for women living in Windsor/Essex.

The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation was established in 1996 by a group of volunteer’s intent on making the cancer journey one that was less stressful to patients and their families, as well as aiding in the provision of care through the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment. Our mandate has grown over the years to include a commitment to supporting local cancer research, as well as providing short-term assistance to patients experiencing financial need.
