Refund and Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (less shipping). Please ensure your items are unused, with original tags, and are in the same condition that you received it.
Return items to our office at 2220 Kildare Ave during office hours (Monday through Friday 9am-4pm). If your item is approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, refund may take a number of days to appear on your statement, depending on the service level of your credit card company.
Exchanges
The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@windsorcancerfoundation.org and an exchange can be arranged.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, send an email titled Return Request via Shipping to info@windsorcancerfoundation.org. Arrangements will be made for shipping returns including shipping address and label requirements. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not covered by the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
