Fear is personal. When you participate in Show Us Your Brave, you are looking deep within, and building the courage to try something that fear has held you back from experiencing. The Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation is calling on our community to make the pledge to raise funds, and commit to facing something new and exciting (and maybe even a little scary), once you’ve reached your fundraising goal. To Show Us Your Brave, you are encouraged to participate in a thrilling event on Brave Day, or make the pledge to Brave Your Own Way. Join Us On Brave Day For A Thrilling Way To Show Us Your Brave on June 22, 2024.
On Brave Day, 90 participants will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rappel down 170 feet from the top of the historic CIBC building in downtown Windsor.
Register for this thrilling experience and go over the edge on Brave Day, June 22, 2024. Rappel while raising awareness and funds for cancer patients in our community.

Go Over The Edge Of The Historic CIBC Building On Brave Day
June 22nd: Join us for a powerful descent. Going over the edge of downtown Windsor’s CIBC building is an incredibly personal experience. You must trust yourself and the experts around you (which includes urban rappelling company Over The Edge). When rappelling 170 feet, there will be many opportunities for self discovery:
- Take that first step and see what’s on the other side of fear
- You will learn about your limits and your resilience
- Take a deep breath; you are in control

Looking for a meaningful way to get your employees involved? Your organization can host a BBQ with a Dunk Tank, auction off “Boss 4 A Day”, host a games tournament in your parking lot, or find another fun and wacky employee challenge to raise funds bravely support our cancer community.
