Amazing volunteers assist the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation in many ways by generously donating their time at our events and in various administrative capabilities.
Our need for volunteer services fluctuates throughout the year. Please feel free to submit a volunteer form for any of the areas below, and even if you aren’t contacted right away for your services, rest assured we’ll keep you in mind for the future.
Do you like having a dedicated, scheduled volunteer shift at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre?
Windsor Regional Hospital offers volunteer opportunities right at the Cancer Centre, where you can provide support to patients and families. While most shifts are currently full, we encourage you to apply, and when openings come up and your application ensures you’ll be considered.

Do you enjoy being part of exciting events and pitching in where needed?
As an Events Volunteer, no two opportunities are the same – you might be selling tickets, greeting guests, or directing traffic. Our events run in busy seasons and quieter stretches, so we’ll reach out by email when opportunities come up and see if you’re available to lend a hand.

Do you have a knack for sewing and a sewing machine at home?
Join the Dignity Robe Group and help make a real difference for women going through cancer treatment. The Dignity Robe Group provides the pattern and materials, and you can sew at home, knowing each robe brings comfort, privacy, and a sense of dignity to patients during radiation.
