Fine N’ Dandy Night

Join in on the kickoff for month-long fun as Walkerville Brewery is hosting their Annual Fine N’ Dandy Night! Enjoy Fine N’ Dandy Dandelion Infused Unfiltered Pils on tap and in cans, and live entertainment with Jake Van Danger. Throughout the month of April, support cancer care close to home by purchasing Fine N’ Dandy Dandelion Infused Pils at Walkerville Brewery or purchase a Fine N’ Dandy t-shirt.

The Fine N’ Dandy Project is an annual initiative in honour and tradition of Walkerville Brewery friend and colleague, Jeffrey Craig. When he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in 2016 he did not let it stop him from doing what he loved. Using his science background and support from friends at Craft Heads Brewing Company and Walkerville Brewery, he collaborated on a beer featuring dandelions as a main ingredient to help in the fight against cancer.

Dandelions offer a wide range of health benefits- including anticarcinogenic activity. Phytochemicals found in dandelions not only gives them their anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer actions, but also provides delightfully floral and bitter tastes- perfect for a refreshing beer!

All proceeds from t-shirt purchases and 50¢ from every can and draft pint sold of Fine N’ Dandy will benefit Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation! Available throughout the month of April – while supplies last.
