Your thoughtful memorial donation will allow the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation to continue enhancing the treatment and care provided to cancer patients in our region.
Thank you for making a donation to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation in memory of your loved one. On this form, you’ll have the option to send a letter to someone specific (aside from the next of kin) if you’d like to notify them of your generous memorial gift.
The information provided in this memorial donation may be shared with the Tribute or their families/next of kin.
