Thank you for making a donation to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation. On this donation form, you also have the option of honouring a loved one currently living with cancer. When you honour a loved one living with cancer, you can choose to send a letter informing them of your generous gift in their honour.

For In Honour donations, the information provided may be shared with the person honoured.
